Here you will find information on the process of direct entry, the creation of templates and the management of the directories (Reusable Objects (RO).

The two available harvesting sources, S3 and CSW, are described here. In addition, the procedure for setting up a harvesting is listed.

It is possible to integrate metadata records that are recorded and published in geocat.ch into external web applications. If desired, the display can also be designed and adapted using an XSLT stylesheet.

Using the geocat.ch API and CSW, the metadata can be queried and edited in geocat.ch.
